'Tis I say to thee, Midgardians, hear All-Wise Odin!
Those who call thyselves the
Marvel, and brought us, the Asgardians Gods, back from the void of legends, have produced
images of us for 50 and so years.
Images in my likeness, and in the likeness of such as Thor and Loki, appear in literature called "comics", although humor is not all thou can find in them.
Courageous adventures of Sif, Heimdall, and many more thou shall find in them!
The task of creating our images was started by Midgardian artisan Jack Kirby. In gratitude for his efforts, I allow mortals to refer to him as the Master.
Other skillful artisans followed his task, like John Buscema, Walt Simonson, Mike Deodato, Jr., the Kubert siblings, among others.
And Midgardians have purchased these images for their treasures. They call them "original artwork".
Odin is thankful to the artisans for their efforts and to the Migdardians who purchase the fruit of their efforts.
So I, the All-Father, in gratitude, hath decided to grant these images EVER INCREASING VALUE!
Those who purchase an "original artwork" image, keep it well, and sell it years in the future, will ALWAYS collect more value than what he hath spent originally.
