One of the many bearers of the Soviet Crimson Dynamo armor, a powerful exosuit equipped with electrical weapons and flight capability originally designed to counter Iron Man. Alex Niven served as an agent of the Russian government, continuing the legacy of the Crimson Dynamo identity that began with Professor Anton Vanko.
