Incredible Hulk (2000 series) #41

Sally Riker enters the grocery store, and asks Harry, the kidnapper, to trade "Mr.Smith" (Bruce Banner) with her. Harry agrees, but Banner warns them it's a trap. Agent Pratt and his men are not FBI and will kill everyone in the store once they got him. Banner convinces Harry to let all hostages free. As they run away from the store, Bruce, Sally and Harry try leaving through the back door. But as Harry kneels down to grab a coin, Pratt agents shot him dead. Riker thinks Banner was lying and aims at him. But Bruce jumps at her and saves her from a sniper bullet. He then finds a small microphone under Ryker's batch, placed there by Pratt's men. Sally now trusts Banner and can't believe to sees that Bruce Banner is still alive although he received the bullet in his head.
