Marvel Universe Vs. The Punisher (2010 series) #3

Cannibal predator Spider-Man has captured the priest and the little boy to force Punisher to listen to his proposition and as a sign of good faith he releases his hostages. Spidey tells his tale: Spider-Man and his tribe claimed Manhattan and there were wars among all of the predator tribes plus surviving superheroes. And then the King of Death moved in, a smarter predator whose tribe systematically wiped out all of the other tribes except for Spidey’s—and they have captured Spidey’s mate. Spider-Man asks Punisher to kill the King of Death and rescue his mate and in return, Spidey will reveal the location of more survivors and leave them alone as Castle relocates them anywhere he wishes outside of Manhattan. The priest talks Castle into taking the mission as only a killer can save them….

That night, Punisher enters the danger zone and encounters Black Widow, Scorpion, and (another) Deadpool; as Spider-Man’s minions, they accompany him to the King of Death’s lair and from a balcony they discover the penned up survivors, including Mary Jane Watson. But it’s a trap, King’s men surround them and a huge brawl breaks out; Castle’s tactic is to set off grenades, killing everyone as he jumps to safety. He calls to Mary Jane and finds that she is not infected—and she is pregnant. Then Punisher is knocked on the head and captured by the King of Death, formerly known as the Kingpin….
