They arrive just as Silver Samurai (2) is destroying the place as part of his anti-Roxxon scheme. The hammer-wielding Thor and the high-tech Samurai fight it out....

On a private plane, Exterminatrix is torturing her prisoner Dario Agger to learn all of his financial secrets. Interrupted by the arrival of Roxxon's emergency response team: three helicopters full of security types; Exterminatrix leaps from the plane and destroys them all....
