Bruce Banner convinces the cops to make a call from one of their units. He calls Pamela, and tells her where to meet him.

Pamela leaves Judy's apartment carrying a folder with confidential papers. A cop shoots Banner who turns into Hulk and attacks the policeman. Then, Bruce grabs the girl possessed by the Absorbing Man, puts on somebody's clothes, and runs away.

The Absorbing Man tells Banner that he wants Hulk to break into the lab and take him out of his prison. Banner finds no way out and decides to follow the villain's directives. As they take the metro to go to the lab, Pamela joins them in the wagon. The three of them reach Vicksburgh's station, and are ready to enter the secret lab, located beneath a cemetery.
