As the world of Sakaar breaks, Banner is reminded of his long dead love Caeira and their sons, Skaar and Hiro-Kala, and he transforms into Hulk….

Miles away, at the Shadow fortress High Priestess Venkiera is using the captive She-Hulk’s life energy to raise the fortress, revealing its original purpose as a starship. Amadeus realizes he needs to call Banner—to tell him to stay away, lest Venkiera drain his power for her own evil ends as well. Amadeus borrows Korg’s ax and the Stone Man hurls him to the ship where he cuts Jen loose and rescues her. The Haargs bring a ship to try to save everyone else while volcanoes erupt, flying refugees to Sky City. Amadeus takes Jen’s place powering the machinery to take the city back into the sky. But he doesn’t have the strength so the City falls onto the Steppe where they meet Banner. Amadeus doesn’t want Hulk involved but Banner reminds him that a thousand years ago back on Earth they joined their power and saved the day. Amadeus doesn’t think that’s possible anymore but they decide that their best may be good enough. Banner becomes Hulk and recovers his old sword and he joins the others on the march….

The Shadows warn Venkiera that Hulk has returned. She informs them that Hulk is not the Worldbreaker… “That’s us.”
