While the U-Foes escape captivity and are hurled into the Crossroads by a cosmic accident, Hulk wanders the dimension, starving and weary. The Puffball Collective, ever scheming, lures him into a seemingly perfect world—lush, abundant, and welcoming.

There, Hulk finds food and unlikely friendship with a gentle monster who shows him kindness. For a moment, Jade Jaws knows peace.
