Hulk reaches Easter Island and lays down to rest. He turns into Bruce Banner and the Absorbing Man finds him.

The villain is hiding on the island from the Avengers. He lost his memory, and refers to the super hero group as “they”. He fears Banner would reveal his whereabouts, so he takes him to his cavern as a prisoner.

Banner waits for the Absorbing Man to fall asleep, and tries escaping. But the villain discovers him. Fear turns Banner into Hulk. The Absorbing Man regains his memory and battles him.

During the fight, the super villain absorbs the characteristics of the island itself, believing he can become an unstoppable enormous opponent and conquer the world. But Hulk punches him in the middle of the ocean where the villain turns into… an island!

Battle ended, Hulk sits on the beach to think about his life.

Meanwhile, Betty Ross learns about the death of Glenn Talbot from Rick Jones, who wants to find the Hulk and help Banner get cured.

Also in this story, in flashbacks: Vision, Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye.
