Incredible Hulk, The (1968 series) #296

Hammer fights with Hulk and hits him in his injured leg. Then, Banner disappeares and a completely savage Hulk replaces him. Meanwhile, ROM arrives to Earth attracted by the action of gammascopy of Bruce Banner's laboratory. There, he absorbs the radiation from all the people treated with Gamma Rays, reverting them to their previous illness state, but free from the radiation. Then, Kate sends ROM to help the Hulk. When ROM absorbs Gamma Rays from Max Hammer and Hulk, only Max reverts to his human form, and ROM has to hit Hulk to avoid him to kill Hammer. Kate tries to stop the Hulk from hitting ROM and Hulk hits her. Then, Bruce takes control and realizes he has totally loose control and jumps away crying. "God in Heaven, help me! Help me!!!"
