SHIELD is hunting the Hulk. Kate returns to her role as agent of SHIELD to help Bruce. Hulk is destroying everything he finds in his way. He is still also fighting against himself, and he finally falls asleep. Then the nightmares return and a voice inside tells him he must search Dr. Strange to help him. Hulk doesn't know it but the voice comes from Nightmare, the one who has been pushing him to his savage form.
