Incredible Hulk, The (1968 series) #401

After the Leader's demise, Omnibus takes his control of "Feud Franco" and lets the U-Foes go, who did not participate in the previous battle. The U-Foes see Hulk, and Ironclad starts the fighting. But Hulk defeats him very easy and the U-Foes take off. Rick Jones is happy his girlfriend Marlo Chandler was now alive, although in a catatonic state. Hulk takes both to their appartment, where Betty Ross is leaving. Finally, Agamenon asks the Hulk the become the leader of the Pantheon.
