Marvel Knights: Hulk (2014 series) #4

A vision of all superheroes dead at the hands of the Hulk….

At Gamma Base, Bruce Banner recalls how he and Nikoleta Harrow met: he was kidnapped on her orders and taken to their satellite lab where his DNA was harvested and, when Hulk went mad, he was ejected and fell to Earth. Harrow explains that she has again lured A.I.M., led by MODOK on a mission to destroy her, into a trap. She reveals she has created a gamma bomb of her own and detonates it, destroying much of the A.I.M. army. The building collapses on Bruce, forcing a change into the giant Hulk and he battles the remaining enemies. Harrow injects herself with her serum and becomes a giant female Hulk. She fights and defeats Hulk, all to demonstrate to MODOK she could succeed where they failed: controlling Hulk. Then Hulk assaults her and, as the serum causes her body to break down, she asks how Banner contained the Hulk. She explodes, leaving Banner to answer the question, that it’s not about control, it’s that Hulk is the strongest there is. A SHIELD team arrives, led by Agent Molly Fitzgerald, and takes him into custody….

We see Doctor Doom and Doctor Midas at a chessboard, indicating that what we have seen was merely part of a game between them, and Doom has won….

Banner broods over all the deaths caused by Harrow and Hulk. He mentions Dyane who was nice to him; learning she survived, Bruce goes to Paris, apologizes to her in French, and departs….
