Marvel Universe vs. Wolverine (2011 series) #3

An infected Thing arrives at the Baxter Building with monstrous Thundra and Red She-Hulk to attack Wolverine, Punisher, and Reed Richards. The fight ends with an explosion in the lab and the Thing escaping. Reed consults with Black Panther and they decide that they must find a new, safe place for the lab; T’Challa reveals that his sister Shuri and other Wakandan refugees have established a camp in New Jersey so they decide to head there. Punisher, immune to the pathogen gives them some of his blood before he leaves to track down Spider-Man; Reed reminds Castle they need Spidey alive. They make plans to go to Elizabeth, New Jersey, where Shuri’s camp is and gather as many of the uninfected as they can on the way….

Meanwhile, Thing has approached Hulk about having his tribe stop the “wizards” as he calls Reed and company….

Falcon warns the heroes that Hulk and his people are coming to meet them on the Goethals Bridge. Logan gives the order for the Human Torch to bombard Hulk’s gang with fireballs; Hulk claps his hands, blowing out Johnny’s flames and sending him hurtling into the distance. The two groups clash in a violent melee, Logan taking on Hulk who is the strongest he has ever been. As Hulk bites off Logan’s left arm, Human Torch returns and goes nova, burning down the bridge and killing most of the two armies. The good guys retreat, seeing no hope of victory….
