Incredible Hulk #106 Review by (February 15, 2010)
Iron Man took She-Hulk's powers away in SHu#18. Julio neglected to mention that Amadeus Cho slips Jennifer Walters an antidote to the nanobots, which turns her back into She-Hulk to fight Doc Samson. He planned every bit of this meeting, and manipulated the players into their roles. He could have given her a permanent cure, but he only gave her a temporary one because he didn't know whose side she'd be on. At the end of this issue She-Hulk reverts to Jen. In World War Hulk Prologue: World Breaker Jen will meet Samson again, specifically referring back to this issue and saying says she's stuck being human. In Avengers: Initiative #4 Dr Strange will recruit her for the war against the Hulk, and Iron Man will say he's restored her powers. He'll let her keep them for the duration of WWH. She'll eventually sue him to get them back permanently in SHu#20.

Synopsis / Summary / Plot

Incredible Hulk #106 Synopsis by Julio Molina-Muscara
Boy genius Amadeus Cho (AKA Mastermind Excello) picks up Jen Walters (AKA the She-Hulk) from a spot in New Jersey where Iron Man had dropped her after their fight where he neutralized her powers using power inhibiting nanobots. Amadeus wants to convince the She-Hulk to help her cousin the Hulk when he returns to Earth. But she's hesitant because the Hulk can be a hero but sometimes he's a monster.

Meanwhile, Reed Richards (who follows the kid's every move, but Amadeus is aware of that), sends Doc Samson to deal with them. The She-Hulk defeats him easily after learning that Samson did take part into sending the Hulk away. Amadeus hides in a nearby hill where he's greeted by two former members of the Champions: Hercules and Angel, who'd like to help the Hulk.

Note: Long ago, the Champions fought the Hulk when they thought he was rampaging on a highway. But in fact, the Hulk was trying to help his cousin Jen Walters who had a ruptured appendix. The Hulk was finally able to take her to a hospital. And the Champions learned that the Hulk is sometimes a hero, and had doubts about him.
