The army captures the Hulk with tranquilizers. Scientist Dr. Corbeau uses a device that manipulating the energy of the sun, neutralizes the gamma rays in Bruce Banner, curing him.

Meanwhile, Ka'i wizards send their queen Jarella to Earth in search of her lover, the Hulk. She needs him to defeat the tyrant Lord Visis. Somehow, Corbeau's curing process and Jarella's appearance cause an adverse effect in the sun, threatening its very existence.
